Are you a law firm?
We are a legal consulting practice led by Adv. Nelson Roy. Engagements are structured as consulting arrangements; representation in court is provided where the engagement specifically permits.
Can you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We routinely engage with clients remotely. Where local-counsel review is required, we coordinate with trusted partners in the relevant jurisdiction.
How is confidentiality protected?
Every engagement begins with an NDA. Access to documents is scoped to the engagement team, and delivery channels are encrypted.
What does pricing look like?
We use engagement-based, transparent pricing — quoted upfront. We do not charge surprise hourly fees.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within 24–48 hours of the initial consultation.
Do you handle litigation?
We focus on advisory, drafting, research, compliance, and LPO. Litigation support is provided in a non-representation capacity; full-scale court representation is referred to retained advocates where appropriate.
Will I work with the founder directly?
Yes — Adv. Nelson Roy is directly involved in every engagement, with senior team support for execution.
